Truly wonderful stay in Whitby
Had the best time in Whitby and would highly recommend these apartments. Perfect location with Whitby being just a short walk away. There’s a lovely coffee shop opposite in the museum park area if you don’t necessarily want to walk into Whitby. We also needed a chemist which is a couple of minutes’ walk away. All in all, a fantastic location. The apartment itself had all the amenities we needed meaning we could eat in every day if we wished. However, if we chose to get a takeaway or eat out there was a very detailed manual telling us all about the local area. We could also relax at night and watch movies snuggled up as the lounge area as it was so inviting and comfortable. My son loved playing ping pong. Thank you for the games and DVDs also. The apartment was spotlessly clean. We slept really well thanks to the extra comfortable pillows, mattress and quilt cover. Feel well and truly rested now. Highly recommend.

A great find in Whitby
Lovely tastefully decorated apartment. Spotlessly clean & well equipped, with lots of basics in the kitchen as well as a bubbly welcome 🥂 Brilliant location and very peaceful. Private parking is a bonus. We will return!

Wonderful stay
This was as described, a great apartment with everything you need. The underground parking is a bonus; there’s a lift from the parking area which was a great help for my mother-in-law who’s not too good on her feet and needs a wheelchair. The host Richard also answered my queries and was always helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Lovely apartment
Stayed here for three nights with my wife and 10-year-old son. The communications from the property owner were immediate and comprehensive with a really useful guide to the apartment, places to eat and things to do and places to go in the area posted out. Furnished tastefully to a high standard we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. Would have no hesitation going back.

Great accommodation in Whitby
A little pre-Christmas break in Whitby, using this wonderful, high-spec, comfy and secure apartment as our base. Well placed behind Pannett Park in a peaceful area and only a 10-minute walk (downhill) to the swing bridge. As mentioned, the secure under-croft parking space is a boon as is the lift up from the communal hall. Will not hesitate to recommend to anyone and congratulations to Richard and Rob for a splendid flat. PS we had our usual tea at the Magpie, which was as tasty as ever, but we also visited Cosa Nostra in C

Great Apartment at Caedmans Prospect
A beautiful apartment all facilities excellent the park opposite is magnificent and well worth a visit and the jewel in the crown is the secure car park. Will definitely return.

Fab apartment!
We had a great week at this lovely apartment. Everything was as described, very well furnished and equipped. Great location, 10-minute walk through the park and you're in centre of town. We had a great week and hope to come back again.

First Class Accommodation
Just returned from a 4-night stay at his apartment. A Lovely clean, modern apartment - very spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. 2 large bedrooms -1 King size bed with en-suite shower & w.c., one twin bedded room with separate w.c. bath and shower. Beautiful modern kitchen, well equipped with adjoining sitting room, large tv, 2 x double settees dining table and lovely solid oak furniture. Underground parking included. We'll be back!!

A first-class apartment
We have visited Whitby many times, but this was our first stay in this apartment. We were very impressed by the cleanliness, furnishings and equipment of the apartment and also by the communal areas of Caedmon's Prospect. The location is very good with most days beginning with a walk into town through the lovely surroundings of Pannett Park. A parking space is a Whitby essential and the secure, allocated space is perfect. One small observation- the apartment does get very hot even with the ventilation system switched on. An electric fan would be a very welcome addition. We look forward to returning.
